Supplies are secured by bank guarantees issued by BANK FOR INVESTMENTS AND SAVINGS, RwS Bank and JSC UKRAINIAN CAPITAL BANK.
The supply amount is adjusted based on the 12-month UIRD rate in Ukrainian hryvnia, or with reference to the US dollar exchange rate — the 12-month UIRD rate in US dollars plus 5%; the UAH rate is 14.3%.
