Winners of the Children’s Football Tournament Receive Gifts

In addition to our own players, teams from Berdychiv and Novohrad-Volynskyi also took part. “I believe everything was organized at a high level and the children received valuable regular match practice. It is also very encouraging that the tournament received sponsor support. I would like to thank Zhytomyr Lasoshchi Confectionery Factory, which provided every child on the medal-winning teams with a generous sweet gift. Everyone loves sweets, especially our local ones, so the children were delighted. I hope this cooperation will continue,” said Mykola Skryminskyi, Deputy Director of the Polissia Specialized Children and Youth Olympic Reserve Football School. On Sunday, October 27, the Zhytomyr children’s football championship concluded at Spartak Arena, the city’s main stadium. In the final matches, the team from Berdychiv defeated their peers from Novohrad-Volynskyi, while the older Polissia academy players overcame their younger teammates after a challenging match. In the end, the host teams from the Polissia academy celebrated victory.
