Thanks to initiatives of the trade union at Zhytomyr Lasoshchi JSC, social protection and employee-support programs are being implemented. These include additional free medical examinations and cultural and educational activities that support the spiritual and cultural development of the team. Together with the company administration, the trade union works to improve employees’ working conditions.
The union’s participation in charitable initiatives strengthens its role in society as an organization that not only protects employee rights, but also supports people who need help and care.
Construction materials, canisters and bags were purchased and delivered to the Azov battalion, along with confectionery products.
The factory’s trade union regularly supports the Charity Foundation for Pensioners and Veterans of Zhytomyr. Every month, the factory canteen prepares pies with various fillings for wounded service members undergoing treatment at a hospital in Zhytomyr. Factory employees also delivered confectionery products to the front line for the New Year holidays.
Employees jointly raised funds to purchase materials for stretchers used to evacuate wounded soldiers and handed them over to volunteers who manufacture them.
